Eating dim sum (004/101)

I love to prepare and eat the strawberry tart!


300 g flour 00
2 small eggs
120 g of butter
100 g of sugar
half a teaspoon of yeast
a pinch of salt
strawberry jam

Put the flour on a pastry board , make a hole in the center and put the butter into small pieces , eggs, sugar, yeast and a pinch of salt.

Mix quickly with the tip of his fingers, to mix the ingredients , it will be a compound crumbled , try to join it , wrap with plastic wrap and put it in the fridge for half an hour .

After the indicated time , roll out the pastry ( leave a small amount for the decorative strips ) in a thin layer and place on a mold for tarts covered with parchment paper.
